June 5 Negroni Week Kickoff Cocktail Party at Under Current
June 8 Negroni Dinner at Stanza Italian Bistro & Wine Bar

Last year I was introduced to the Negroni cocktail during this week long event. Looking forward to partaking in another Negroni Week ahead!
Negroni Week is fast approaching and Stanza Italian Bistro & Wine Bar and Under Current Bar have been busy plotting some serious fun. On Monday, June 5, celebrated mixologist and general manager Amy Eldredge of Under Current will host a Negroni Week Kickoff cocktail party on the mezzanine starting at 6 p.m. On the menu? Five Negroni variations with select charcuterie and small bites are included. 21 and over only. Cost is $30 per person.
Then, on Thursday, June 8, Hillary Merrill, general manager of Stanza Italian Bistro & Wine Bar will hold a four course Negroni Dinner at 6:30 p.m. First course of a grilled octopus salad is paired with a Blonde Negroni, second course scallop risotto is paired with a Cappelletti Spritz, third course pork braciola is paired with a Left Hand, and the dessert course of pistachio semifreddo comes with Amaro Ramazzotti. Cost is just $75 per person and reservations are highly recommended.
A portion of proceeds from both events will benefit Bartenders with Breast Cancer.
