For those celebrating at home or as a guest, make this Easter a hit with Park City’s top gourmet spot. The Grocery~Café’s Easter selections include roasted split Cornish game hen for two, classic deviled eggs, artisan Caesar salad, fresh herb polenta, sugar snap peas and shiitake mushrooms, a spring crudité salad and a fresh fruit salad. Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan versions of dishes are also available.

This upscale contemporary eatery is serving a delectable brunch featuring an egg station plus brioche French toast, bacon, and chicken apple sausage; a raw bar with shrimp, oysters, king salmon sashimi and ahi tuna tataki; entrees of organic chicken breast and pan-seared salmon; plus a carving station, fresh salads, charcuterie and cheese, a bakery display, and a children’s corner with chicken tenders, mac n’ cheese and mini corndogs.
Red Rock Junction will be closed from Monday April 15th through Sunday April 21st for spring renovations. They look forward to having guests back on Monday the 22nd of April. Enjoy the Easter brunch buffet at one of their amazing neighbor restaurants Hearth and Hill from 10 am – 2 pm Easter Sunday.

The meal may be brunch, but don’t forget about dessert: enjoy a choice of zepple or ginger pear crostata.
