Enjoy a special Easter Brunch menu of Quiche Lorraine, Swiss muesli with yogurt and Heber Valley honey, almond-crusted French toast, baked eggs with spinach and feta, seafood cakes, smoked leg of lamb, sweet grits, and a variety of dessert options available for dine-in and carry-out.
Dine-in or pick up Hearth and Hill’s Easter Meal Special for 4 ($195) including a seafood cocktail, cucumber, and tomato salad, spinach and mushroom quiche, ribeye, and cupcakes. Add-ons include cinnamon rolls, truffle mac, and cheese, ½ dozen cheddar biscuits, one dozen deviled eggs, and a Bloody Mary mix package.

Stein Eriksen Lodge will offer their renowned Easter Sunday Brunch with family-style service 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. The cost is $75 per person and $25 for kids under age 12. Guests can dine in outdoor Alpenglobes with an advance reservation. Priority for globe dining is given to Stein Collection lodging guests first. Deck dining will be available, weather permitting.
