Flight & Bite Happening Thru December at Stanza

For all the wine enthusiast who want to learn more about wine and the proper way to pair wines with foods, Stanza Italian Bistro & Wine Bar is offering “Flight & Bite” the first Wednesday of every month from 5 – 7 p.m. in Stanza’s sophisticated lounge.
Wine educator and sommelier Jimmy Santangelo hand selects two wines every month and educates diners about the each. Cost is $14 and includes two 2-1/2 oz. splashes of wine and two “bites” of Stanza’s Italian Bistro cuisine that have been carefully paired with the flavor profile of each wine selection.

Wednesday, Nov. 2: The hills of Piedmont $14 ($10.75 wine and $3.25 bites). Explore the varietals of Piedmont with a California version of the white wine Arneis from the hills of the Santa Ynez Valley and classic Barbera tucked in the hillside of Asti in Piedmont.
