Aimee L. Cook
I am an award-winning freelance writer and editor with a diverse portfolio that spans some of the most well-regarded publications in Utah and beyond. My bylines can be found in regional lifestyle publications such as Park City Magazine, Dishing Park City, Mountain Express Magazine, Western Home Journal, and Neighbors of Park City and Heber where I capture the unique blend of mountain charm and sophistication that defines the region. I’ve also contributed to City Weekly, Gastronomic SLC, The Utah Review, and Utah Stories Magazine, covering everything from food and drink to local culture.
My passion for storytelling also extends to business and community topics. I’ve written articles for Utah Business Magazine, Salt Lake Business Journal, Utah Advisor Magazine, and Neighbors of Park City, Heber, and Murray Magazines. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of bringing Utah’s vibrant communities to life through my work with Visit Park City/Park City Chamber, PCStyle Magazine, and PC Home Magazine.
I have a particular love for art, entertainment, culture, and food. Uncovering compelling, untold stories and presenting them in a way that captivates readers is something I genuinely enjoy. My expertise in food writing is backed by both journalism awards and my certification as a Kansas City Barbeque Society judge, which makes me an authority on all things tasty. Whether I’m profiling local chefs, demystifying the art world, or highlighting community initiatives, I aim to create content that informs, inspires, and entertains.
