Eat Local Week Utah, is a community-wide celebration of the harvest and those who labor to produce it. The week long event promotes local agriculture and the preservation of Utah’s agricultural heritage, and brings people together around the food they eat. This is a great opportunity to support our local purveyors while enjoying delicious foods and events.
