Oasis Cafe’s Chef de Cuisine Efren Benitez is taking advantage of the fall weather and the harvest season by offering a 3-course nightly dinner menu for just $30 throughout October. The menu items offered will change weekly and will include produce form local farms. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 801-322-0404 or through OpenTable.com

Each weekly three-course $30 menu starts with a choice of soup or salad:October 10 – 16 baby scallops with pappardelle pasta, carrots, spinach, toasted with creamy fennel sauce and chocolate cake flan for dessert
October 17 – 23 pan roasted escolar, mash potatoes and curried cauliflower and pumpkin crunch cake to finish
October 24 – 30 coriander crusted salmon, green curried orzo, orange caramelized carrot with coconut milk and carlota de limon for dessert.
