Lemon & Thyme Chicken
This is an easy weeknight dinner recipe.
- 6-8 bone-in, skin on chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup white wine dry
Zest from two lemons
- 5 clove garlic minced
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 5 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Put all sauce ingredients in cast iron skillet. Put chicken thighs, skin side up on sauce, place lemon wedges throughout. Set Traeger or oven to 400 degrees and bake until done, internal temperature of 165, 30-40 mins.
- Serve with pan juices.
